Principal's Corner

Welcome to SHAPE American High School!

We look forward to a great year of academic and personal excellence. SHAPE offers a unique and truly international educational environment that values each individual’s contribution to the greater whole.

Our goal is to ensure that students have the foundation and skills ready to meet the demands of a changing world. Maintaining high academic standards that prepare students for college and the workplace is our central focus. A variety of coursework challenges students as they meet the requirements for graduation. The faculty and staff are highly-trained professionals who bring a unique global perspective to the educational process.

We look forward to working with you in our joint effort to provide each student with a successful, productive, and rewarding educational experience. Your full participation and active involvement in the educational program can make a valuable contribution to success in achieving this goal. Students are encouraged to engage actively in their own learning and to be involved in the life of the school.

SHAPE American High School celebrates the individual talents and collective efforts of our students. A Spartan is rigorously self-disciplined, marked by brevity of speech, courageous in the face of adversity, and committed to actions. We are confident that each student will find a place both to thrive and to contribute to the spirit that makes SHAPE special.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve the SHAPE community and look forward to a rewarding, successful, and enjoyable school year. You are invited to call, email, or meet in person with either administrator should you have concerns or questions. We look forward to working with you.

Again, welcome to SHAPE American High School, Home of the Spartans!
